Marquis Spa Heat light on no power to heating element

I just recently purchased this hot tub, I replaced the heating element, pressure sensor, and high limit temp sensor. I have the heat light on, but not power is getting to the heating element. I have a balboa board 50840. Any ideas would be appreciated.
