Need help installing new whisperflow pump

I believe that Whisperflo's come set up for 230 volt operation.

Post a pic of the data plate on the side of the motor and we can help. There should be a wiring diagram on that data plate that shows the different configurations.

I only want to know how to connect my whisperflow pump to 230 volts. details of my pump is. 3.5 hp.model number wfel-6
at the pump terminal point their is.

A white wire from internal of the motor is connected L2
can you advise me where to connect my incomming main 230 volts please.

As shown in the diagram you posted, the two hot wires from the circuit breaker/switch/timer/automation system get connect to terminals L1 and L2. They didn't show it in the diagram, but the green ground wire from the circuit breaker/switch/timer/automation system also gets connected to the green tinted screw on the pump chassis (in the lower left corner of the opening in the picture of the end of the motor you posted).

By the by, the WhisperFlo WFE-6 pump is a 1.5 HP, not a 3.5 HP.
 
Sorry my mistake my pump is a 1.5 hp. thank you for the reply. just to make sure you said that the hot wire goes on L1 and L2.
their is allready a white wire connected to L2 that wire comes from the internal of the motor , does that wire stays there. sorry again as i want to make sure all is correct.
