I cooked a brisket on the keg a little before Christmas, and decided to do something with all the trimmed fat. Who wouldn't want a candle that smells like delicious smoked meat? :tasty:

After a quick :suspect: look from my wife, I made a little foil boat and stuck the trimmings in along with the brisket. They rendered down nicely, poured into an old empty glass candle, add a piece of string, and there you have it! It did not smell much at all, sadly. Plus, it looks kinda gross. Success! I'll save up some drippings from big cooks on the big smoker and make one out of a coffee can and thicker twine next time
