Pentair Platinum back wheels floating

I have a really new pool/setup. I have been running the cleaner to get a bit of large leaves out of the pool, but the past couple of days, the polaris isn't moving. The back 2 wheels float up and it just sits there. Any ideas?

Under the top cover there is a hose that feeds water to the turbine that turns the drive shaft for the front wheels if that hose is off you will have that problem. Also check the forward thrust jet located on the back of the cleaner it should be in the 11 oclock position. If the back up valve located on the feed hose about 2 feet above the cleaner is not shutting off that could also cause the problem you are having.
