I like their automation units that connect to iPhones, Androids, laptops etc. because they do not rely on a third party server and can send alerts to your phone etc. They can also be used without upgrading the control board.
Downfall is that you need to get an internet connection to where the unit is hooked up to your Jandy / Pentair equipment (either wired or wireless).
