Anyone had dealings with solar direct out of Sarasota FL?

Called last week to get a quote on replacing my leaking solar panels. Got a good price, but when I had follow up questions, they are not returning calls, nor answering E:Mail. Anyone had dealing with them?

I am reluctant sending them $1500+ without knowing they are reliable.
