Pool Company Closing Question

I just had the pool company come and close my pool this morning. Same company that I always use. This time though they didn't put in the plugs. Three are yellow which go in the returns, and one is black. Not sure where that one goes. Is this a big deal?

Yes it's a big deal, however are you sure they just couldn't find your plugs and used their own?
