ONE NIGHT BELOW 32 THEN CLOSE

It takes a significant amount of time below freezing before you will have a freezing problem ... although a lot of wind can speed things up.

Being slightly below 32 degrees for a few hours is not likely a problem.
 
Toss a blanket or jacket over it if you're very worried. Although it takes a lot to run into a problem. I had one running this year in mid-April with temps in the 40's with no problems.
 
My water temp is 43 and we had 2 nights of 24/27degress last weekend. My system has freeze protection so the pump just stayed running. No issues at all. I did throw a wool blanket over the filter just in case. Doing final cleaning after pouring the concrete then will do final winterization this next week.
