There should be a link in Pool School that explains WHY we recommend a proper test kit. A lot of times newbies get bombarded with suggestions to buy a new, better, more accurate test kit to fix their pool. Most of these newbies have been "pool stored" already and then we want them to spend another $70 on a test kit without them really understanding all the benefits of owning the kit.
