I have a vinyl liner and it has come loose from the side. It is about 4 ft in length and at the lowest part is about 1 foot from the top of the pool. I have tried to pull it up and reattach it but of course the weight of the water makes it impossible. I am currently draining the water in hopes of pulling the line back up and reattaching it. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any suggestions on the best way to secure it so it doesn't happen again? I don't want to drain and refill just to have the liner pop off again.
