Just got my pool rover jr ftiday and it vacuums perfect but it was only cleaning a portion of the pool at a time in pie shape pieces instead of side to side like stated. I called customer service today and talk to them about how it wascleaning and the patterns it was cleaning. After talking to the guy and expressing my concerns bout the rover jr he offered to send me a power supply with a digital timer on it so i could set it up manually how long it needs to run in forward to get to the other side of the pool. This was done free of charge and told to keep the original one as a backup. I call that great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
