Intellibrite led lights: One on and one off

I have two lights in the pool and one in the spa. One of the pool lights is working and the spa light is working but the other pool light will not turn on at all. They are only 4 months old and they were working fine last night. Any thoughts?

I would start with connections, as it is very rare to have one of these go bad.

Are they on the same switch or relay?
