Looking for help with return and skimmer placement on pool.

I traced the pool outline.
I manually put in the spa, bench and steps....so they are not to scale.
I just put them in their to let you know their location.

Do I need two or three skimmers?

I'm not sure how much the bump in the shallow end (where the stairs are located) will affect the circular flow of water.

The wind basically blows from the deep end to the shallow end. My dilemma is that the shallow end has two parts. They are created by the curve of the pool and exacerbated by the steps. It is kind of like a fork in the river. Which way will the debris go? Since it could go either way, I'm thinking that I need two skimmers in the shallow end (one on either side of the steps). If I put a skimmer in the deep end...then that is three skimmers. That seems like a lot for 807.5 sf. It is my understanding that a "typical" skimmer covers 600 sf....although I'm not sure how that number got in my head. Given the prevailing winds, do I need a skimmer in the deep end?
