i have enough to shock but not of the same chlorine how long after adding about 5 lbs of cal hypo do I have to wait before safely adding bleach?

I tested my ch at about 90
I added 10 lbs of cal hypo before 5 am ( not added at the same time)
now its about midnight and I tested it again and got the same reading
how long does it take the calcium to dissolve?
am I testing wrong
25 ml water
20 drops of r 10
5 drops of r 11L
1x10 drops r 12 .. 9 drops i get 90 its a little hard to tell when the color changes because its so light
