Demoing a hayward Navigator and have some issues/questions

LPS lent me a haywrad navigator to try out before buying. i will demo a KK Great White this weekend.

Now few things with the Navigator.

1. At times it tends to float up and then back down. It seems to be doing a good job. But is this normal?
2. Its not going up my walls. suction is within the recommended range, but it wont crawl up.

Yes, the pump is on high.

The navigator is a money pit.
LPS is like a crack dealer getting you hooked, because it will pay back down the line.
