I know it's crazy but we just got our AGP set up & filled. I have not yet hooked up the pump. I had to do it now as our deck is being built around the pool. It's 41 this morning, the water is frigid. It's 25x13 rectangular by Splash & I live in Iowa. Should I get the chemistry right & hook up the filter or just lower it, seal it up, & begin in the spring? I don't expect it will get warm enough to use this year. I believe I need to bring the chemicals to closing levels, but don't know if the filter/pump needs to be hooked up to circulate everything or can I just stir/agitate it enough without the pump?
