Hi all

We had a trouble free summer with the pool. :-D
Now it's time for closing.

I live in NJ, and plan to lower the water below the skimmer line, blow the line with a 3 hp air compressor. Today when I was checking the returns, and found this:

What do I do this this? Do I need to plug them?

I think it is for a divider rope. One on each side.

I believe it is a plastic Anchor Fixing, although I have never saw a plastic one before! Usually they are stainless steel.
