Over the summer as all saltwater pools my ph was on a slow rize MA added once a week as a norm
now my TA has gotten down to around 45 my ph has stopped rising and ever thing is great. My ph has been at a 7.5 for 12 day . So my question is it all right for it to be that low,

As long as the pH isn't jumping around it's fine. I'd keep a close eye on the pH but it should be fine.

Yeh, low TA often causes considerable pH bounce, but if your pH is happy at that TA level, and given you have a liner pool to quote "If it ain't broke don't fix it"
