How long do I have to wait after adding CH and TA increasers

Hello all,

I am working with a 300 gallon hot tub with brand new water. I tested CH and found it to be 70ppm. I also tested TA and found it to be 70ppm. I have added enough CH increaser to bring the total to ~140ppm and have added enough Alkalinity increaser to bring it to 80ppm. How long should I wait until testing again?

If it's running, half an hour should be more than sufficient. Hot tubs and spas tend to mix the water quite vigorously.
