FC got high...safe to swim?

Long story short...put solar cover on due to lower nighttime temps. Continued same maintenance routine. FC got high
(but pool is immaculately clear).

That was what I was wondering...the pool calc says 19 is shock level, but the other guides show higher.

Always a bit confusing. But 18.5 is below both so you are fine. Just let it drift down from here - you're fine swimming anytime it is below shock and clear (so you can be seen if you go under water).

I didn't shock it on purpose. It crept up on me due to the cover and reduction in swimming. I never changed my routine. I did have 89 degree water the other day, though. :-D
