New Plaster and Polaris

Our pool builder and cleaning service started the Polaris 380 about 2-3 weeks after filling. The plaster used to look perfect and now there are subtle tracks I presume from the wheels.

Is this permanent or will brushing still have a chance to improve this? I am confident the Polaris is the issue as there are tiny white chunks in the bag.

First feel the tracks lines with your fingers and see if it is smooth, or is raised, rough and gritty. Is the plaster white or colored, and are the track lines darker gray or whiter in appearance? A picture would be helpful to diagnose.

Sand with 100 grit wet and dry sandpaper and see if any change occurs. The lines may not have anything to do with the polaris cleaner unit. The white chunks of plaster may be residue from the plasterer's work and the removal of some plaster residue on the tile.
