Sundance spa heater wont shut off

Hey everyone,

I have a Sundance Optima spa in my yard and the heater seems to not shut off. The temp is set at 80 degrees on the control panel but the water tem is at 104 degrees and wont come down at all.

Anyone know of a fix for this?

Did you figure it out?
Check the condition of the copper thermostat bulb inside the well. If the bulb has visible damage you will need to replace the thermostat.
Could be the controller itself, disconnect your spa side control from the spa and attempt to run the spa directly from the thermostat on your control box. If the temperature begins to drop and level out as desired, replace the spa control. ::
