    sand filter pressure

    the first 3 pics show the details of my filter system

    After reading on here, what should my pressure be, as its only 5 psi, it has been 5 psi since i installed the filter and pump
    15 x 36 Intex AGP
    External skimmer
    Mega sand filter
    1/3 HP pump

    5 psi is very reasonable for a small pump. If you haven't been having any water problems it can remain at the same pressure for a couple of weeks.
