Zodiac G2 Barracuda question

I have an intex pool 24' that i converted to hard plumb (1=1/2") with the upgraded pump/sand filter / and saltwater system. I have a vacuum port and i found a Zodiac G2 Barracuda auto cleaner in the local classifieds for a reasonable price. all the info i could find says its for an in ground pool but would work with a vinyl liner. Would this cleaner work with my intex pool?

Hi John I own a Barracuda G3 and it works great for my pool. However I don't think it will climb the walls like you would want in your intex. It might get stuck or tip over attempting to climb. If the unit is cheap go for it, you never know.
