New Self Install- How many returns with Aqua Genie

I am installing a 16x32 IG Vinyl pool. The kit was supplied with an Aqua Genie that has a return incorporated. I also have a cozy cove with jets, but do not intend to leave them on all the time. I am planning for 2 additional returns to establish a flow circulation on the surface to the skimmer. Is this a good plan? Any advice or impressions on the Aqua Genie? Thanks

I don't really like the Aqua-Genie, but I'd have the same number of returns that you'd have if you didn't have that fancy skimmer thing. :-D
