FC testing at high levels

As I am shocking my pool at over 20ppm FC, I am just tearing through my reagents, and I am worried that I am going to run out and not be able to get replacements before I am done. Probably a dumb question, but for FC, Is it possible to do a 1/2 dilution, test as normal, and then multiply the result by 2?

I do have reverse osmosis water that I could use for this.
 
Order the reagents now if you are running low ... this is the reason we recommend the TF-100 over the K-2006 ... but people tend to just see the initial price and not extra quantity of reagents.

Any time you dilute you are loosing accuracy. Using 5ml of pool water would make each drop ~1ppm.
