Every since I joined TFP I have been obsessive about my water quality, clarity and chemical balance. It always seems that some minor thing is slightly out of perfect balance....the TA is just a bit high...the CYA is low, or high...I've got .5ppm CC...always something. But yesterday for the very first time I checked the pool and everything was perfect....(well the CH is still high. But short of RO treatment of my fill water, there is no cure for that one in Tucson).
Here are the numbers:

CH 700 (fill water is in the 300+ range)
CYA 80
Salt 3700
Borate 50
Water is crystal clear and sparkles like diamonds. And this is with the SWG on 17% with six hours per day of run time.
Woo Hoo, now to keep it this perfectly balanced.
