Im having trouble with my new intex pool 14x42 with a sand filter
the pool looks green and i cant see the bottom it is not slimmy and when i have the water tested it has a good chlorine level we had a storm and now my pool is horriable
can you plzz help ! thxs carla.

Carla,

To help we need to know your actual chlorine and CYA levels. Normally green water indicates a lack of chlorine.
