SWG percent and run time

I am crazy happy with the results of my pool this year so far:
Temp 86
Salt 3800
FC 5+( my taylor 2006 tops out at 5)
PH 7.5
TA 80
CH 70
CYA 50
Borates 50

So far after adding Borates, 1 month ago, all I adjust is Ph every now an then to lower 0.2 points. My question though is my FC: I run my pump 12 hours (2Am-2PM) and my Hayward GoldlineSWG with T-3 cell is set at 35% output. Should I be concerned that my FC levels are ALWAYS 5+? As water temp cools I turn down the SWG %...but how low can you go?

I have a taylor 2006 and another quick PH FC that I used and both return the same value. Does the T100 kit allow reading over 5?

Any help is appreciated

It very well may be a 2005 as I do not have any powder. It actually is sold by Leslie pools but is Taylor materials throughout: I think I need a TF100!

You can just add the FAS-DPD chlorine test to your kit and give the equivalent of the K2006. You can order it from tftestkits.net

Or just get a whole new kit if you are running low on reagents.
