Help programming Hayward OnCommand

I inquired about automation about 2 months ago and finally bought an OnCommand and had it installed.

I have Aux1 set up to control my booster/cleaner pump and I have it timed to turn on 2-3 short times during the normal filtration process.

I cannot seem to decipher the instruction manual so that I can figure out how to require the filter pump to be running when the booster pump is turned on. Likewise, it appears that it does not have a "delay on" feature. Since I do not have the remote, I can always make sure I push the right buttons :)

I wanted basic control and I think that's exactly what I got...
