Can seem to get my water clear

Chlorine at 3, PH 7.3, TC 3. I have cleaned my filter. I have use a filter fiber, maybe less than called for. Added purifier. Any ideas. Pool temp 85.

Welcome to TFP. What are you using to test? How have you been chlorinating your pool? You're most likely going to need to shock. To help, the folks here will also need CC, CYA & TA values. If you don't have a good test kit I suggest you buy one, it is crucial to maintaining your own pool. There's a Pool School button on the top right, lots of great info in there including test kit options.

Please post a full set of test results, as Mike mentioned.

Also, did you meet the three criteria to show that you have completed the shock process (a couple weeks ago)?
