It's an infloor cleaner system. There should be pop-up heads in the pool bottom.

Ahhh, thank you. I noticed those on bottom, I have pressed all buttons and they do not pop up, pumps are primed, auto cleaner works. Do is that a small filter that needa cleaning?

There may be a screen just inside of that union fitting on the top of the dome.

Can you post a little wider shot of the equipment pad? There must be a valve that directs the water to the floor system.

There is a screen in that union. It should have been plumbed where it's relatively easy to remove and clean.

There are gears and a diverter in that dome that rotate and allow a few heads to pop up at a time.

What does that pressure gauge read when the pump is running?

I dont know how old that turbo cell is, can i just not wory about it, or should i remove from plumbing and trash can it? maybe crud inside.
