Test Kit and Optional Items

Hi TFP Warriors,

I have been fighting with my SWG pool for years. It has aways been a little cloudy but yesterday I noticed the water had a sour/algae smell to it. The water also felt dry and it burned my skin a little. I am going to purchase the TF-100 so I can try the BBB method but I noticed their website have a few other optional items. My question is, what else do I need other than the TF-100 kit? I want to make sure I have all the calculations needed for the recommended pool calculator website.

you might want to get the xl option it will give you alot more reagent to do more tests........welcome to the BBB family and TFP......you won't be sorry.......Mike

when you get the test kits post a complete set of test results so we may assist you with any questions you may have, also if you havent already read pool school it is in the top right of every page.....Mike

I suggest adding the SpeedStir and maybe salt tests. You might order extra CYA tests and extra chlorine tests, I went though a lot of those at the start.

Salt test strips, if you don't already have them.

I'd urge you to spring for the XL option, because it sounds like you're going to be starting the shock process, and that burns through a lot of the FAS-DPD reagents.
