Hello
I'm trying to decide on a PB and I've gotten together with 4 of them. Each one using pretty much very different equipment. Now I feel more confused than ever. This is from the body of the last quote:

Plumbing & Equipment
2 in. and 2.5 in. PVC schedule 40 plumbing
Dual 2 in. PVC main drains
Independent suction lines
Zodiac/Jandy zero maintenance valves
5 return lines set 12 inches below waterline
Zodiac/Jandy 1.5 HP full-rated pump. ( I will upgrade to variable speed)
Zodiac/Jandy 460 sq. ft. cartridge filter
Auto fill line
400,000 BTU Jandy heaters with electronic ignition and dual thermostats

Now under "Miscellaneous" there is listed a floating chlorinator. It actually took me a while to even find it. He never really pointed it out during our meeting. I was so overwhelmed with questions it completely got a way from me. Any advice or suggestions as an alternative would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

Pool
The original design was for a 27 x 15 (319 sq ft) We've increased it to 30 x 17.
ASTM grade 40 steel reinforcing schedule
Shallow end steps and wet deck with umbrella sleeve
White plaster interior
marine light
6" std waterline tile
18" raised tiled beam

Spa
6ft Area:36 sq ft
Raised 18 inches
Split bench
6 jets with air injectors run by common pump and blower
marine light
6ft spillway to pool

Plumbing as stated in topic post

Cleaning system

Suction type cleaner included with dedicated suction line (does not specify which cleaner)

Miscellaneous
Plans, permits and engineering
legal disposal of all debris
rehang portion of fence and gate to pool coed
window/door alarms per code
complete start up with necessary chemicals, operating instructions and normal maintenance equipment to include: telescopic pole, wall brush, leaf net and floating chlorinator.

Deck
560 sq foot of spraydeck with cantilever forming over type II base
Deck drain as required
Spraydeck existing patio

OK so now here are the options...

Pebble Fina interior
Polaris/Caretaker infloor system
Zodiac/Jandy PDA 4 hand held remote
Green Package: UPgrad to LED color changing light and variable speed pump (2 lights in pool, 1 in spa)
Nature2 Fusion with 35,000 gallon mineral cartridge
Perfect Pool 24 hour ozone system.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.

(....do the LED lights...) I am a complete newbie myself, but I think you'd enjoy the lighting.)

Can't help on the rest really - I think having the variable speed pump will save you money in electrical costs... but you'll hear from one of the many experts here. Good luck! I'll be watching your progress!
