what do you do with your cleaner when not in use?

I have a polaris 380 and just wondering what everyone does when you disconnect?

When the booster pump is off, I usually just leave in the pool. When we get in, I just disconnect and place it
on the pool deck?

So basically, it has been out all summer so far.

I have a big plastic tub and I put the cleaner in it and in the shed when not in use. I have an automatic cover so I only use the cleaner once a week.

My Polaris is run a few hours every day by the Aqualink system so it stays in the pool all the time. Lots of trees here in The Woodlands.
