How do I make the water in my pool match up to the pool calculator? Meaning I should have a 10500 gal pool. but when I add the bleach it never goes to were I was trying to get it. Let's say I want to go from 4fc to 7 fc. I end up more like 11 every time. Right now I play bleach dice. See what calculator says than go under. If is says to add 96 oz I may add 50oz. Sometime I'm right sometimes I'm wrong. It is getting costly to keep testing the water. I will prob have to order more reagents again soon. This will be my third time ordering if I can't get this under control.

Correcly identify the size of your pool first. You sig says 15' x 30' by 4' deep. Is that absolutely correct? Is the water 4 feet deep? Do you have rounded corners?
Yes the pool is round on the egde. The wall are 54 inches. so best guess it 4 ft.

How long are the straight sides before it begins to curve? Got a pic? Does the manufacturer state the gallonage?
I can post a pic of pool later today. my cya is 40. I use, 6% bleach. Clorox, Family Dollar, etc, what ever is cheaper. Pool calculator is always set for 6%.
It is rare for them to be higher, lower is fairly common. I've heard of 6% being 8%, but never higher than that and not at all common.
