Pump Timer

Does anyone know what can be used for the intex 110v pumps to control the timing of turning off and on??
I am putting in a dedicated gfi for the pump and was wondering what could be done

You can hard wire a timer, not sure if your set up accommodates that, or you can buy a heavy duty spa/pool timer from a big box store. Pump plugs into that and that plugs into your gfci, they should specify pool/spa grade.
I suspect many brands are cheap though, I bought a Noma timer up here north of the border and it's garbage, it actually runs backwards now.

i would prefer not to use one that plugs inline for safety reasons

I use a timer that I bought around X-Mas time, during the winter I will use them for my lights. It is a simple plug in timer and works great.
