Any tutorials on how to rebuild a Whisperflo pump?

Hi,
I bought a rebuild kit for my 3/4hp Whisperflo pump and was wondering if there is a tutorial somewhere on the net on how to rebuild this thing. I'd rather research it than screw it up

Any ideas?

Here is the owner's manual. It has the instructions on how to service the pump and a diagram of the motor and pump.
