I have noticed that my cleaner does not come on at times, and the lights on both indoor, and outdoor flash during the scheduled cleaning time. I have solar, and solar is on , and the pool is running. Does anyone know why the light flashes??

If enabled, the flashing you see is the delay.
When the cleaner pump first comes on, you may have a delay. For instance, if you have both the filter and cleaner set to come on at the same time, you will get the flashing on the panel for about 5 min.
Or when ever the solar cycles on, you will get a delay.
