13,500 gallon above ground over. TC-100 test kit. I am getting a 11 FC reading and a CC of zero with a CYA of 40. Any ideas?

What does the water look like?
An FC of 11 with a 40CYA is higher than normal but less than shock.

CC of zero is always a good thing. If your water is presently clear, your only issue is that you are over-chlorinating a bit. It is below shock level, so OK to swim if the water is clear.
Pool is a little cloudy but turning clear. I just vacuumed to waste and removed a good amount of "dust" from the bottom. I misunderstood I thought so CC was good. Awesome thanx all!
