We have a index filter pump 635T and it's connected to a saltwater system generator... We have had no issues with it since we bought it 3 weeks ago and since last week have had code 90 low flow we have cleaned everything and did what the book says???? We did notice that the electrolytic cell looses water when the system actually starts generating and within minutes it will throw a code 90? We have tilted and everything to remove air but it still does it when it starts to generate??????

That pump/filter combo will likely have to be cleaned often to move enough water so that the swg is happy with the flow rate.
The air you are seeing in the swg is likely from the swg reaction going on, and since you have low flow, the gas is not being expelled into the pool.
