New vinyl replacement/How to balance water

Repalcing vinyl. Need to know the steps to balance water. Do I need to bring to shock level? CYA, PH, TA, FC what do I work on first? Thanks

When you get the new liner in and fill the pool, you should measure and post all of your levels. The correct course of action will be based on that

Been trying to get dirt out from the new fill. Pump up and running here are my numbers

FC 0
PH 0 little color
TA 120
CH 80
CYA 0

Ok what do I do first?

pH surely isn't zero!

Add 2 ppm fc now and adjust the pH if it needs it.
