Hello Everyone,
I installed a CPSC48 about a month ago, and like many here, get an occasional high salt light. The unit still produces, but I get the light.
According to the test strip, the salt is 2860 PPM which is on the low end, and the efficiency suffers.
I called Compupool a while ago, and they told me to set the Calibration to minus 18 on both polarities. I found this odd since everything I've read here (from about a year ago) has been a number up in the positive 20's or 30's.
After I changed the numbers, the problem still persists, so I called Compupool again. They will be sending a new board, but I'm not too optimistic that it will really solve the problem.
Anyway, we'll see what happens when the new board arrives.....
Just curious, for those of you that have had this problem, was there ever a solution or was it something you decided to just live with?
