Booster Pump ran dry - now noisy

I have a Polaris PB4-60 booster pump. Recently the water intake tube popped out and disconnected while the pump was running. This caused the booster pump to run dry for a period of time without any water. Now, when I run the booster pump, it works and cycles water but is extremely loud. It sounds like it is the bearings that are causing the noise. What are my options to fix the noise? Is my only option to replace the whole pump?

Thank you.

If it is the bearings you can just replace them if you're handy. Would pull it apart to make sure something didn't get messed up in the wet end when it ran dry (which is likely). Even that can be repaired.
