Black "Click" Bugs

So the pool is crystal clear and very warm with all this recent New Jersey heat, but we are having an issue with dozens of those small black "click" bugs. Any thoughts or suggestions to keep them out of the pool?

What is your chemistry like? Chlorine,CYA and pH? Sufficient chlorine will usually discourage them.

all levels are normal, I keep the Chlorine a bit on the high side due to the number of kids in the pool all day, but everything else is fine.
