TA is high but the Pool Calculator states to lower the PH even though it is whithin range but I am no sure what to add to lower. It Add 17 oz by weight or 15oz by volume of washing soda or soda ash or add or add 33oz by weight or 32oz by volume of borax.

I have some Lo n Slo and Dry Acid which I guess is the same thing.

There is no reason to actively lower your TA unless your pH is rising faster than you like.

If you really want to lower it (although I see no reason to): Lowering Total Alkalinity

Unless you having problems, I wouldn't do anything now. Ph should drift up since you have high TA, then when it get's to 7.8 dose to bring it down to 7.2 at the same time is will lower you TA a little. You will repeat this many times and at some point your ph will become more stable.

The water could be a little clearer but it is good enough if it is recommended that I don't add anything.

TA should not affect the water clarity.
