Wind and cover question

I have a Summer Escapes 12 x 36 pool with a cheap walmart blue cover. The cover will not stay on with any significant winds. Does anyone have any suggestions on good covers or modifications to keep a cover on during windy days. Thanks

You can save a few bleach bottles filled with water or sand and attach them to the cover with rope and clips to hold the cover down.
