Very true, just you do not have measurable CC level does not guarantee clean water. That is why there are 3 criteria in the shocking process. Most likely the CC is being oxidized (by the chlorine and sun) fast enough to not be at a significant level.UnderWaterVanya said:No CC doesn't = No problems; I've seen this myself. Not necessarily...it is sort of a personal preference. Our recommendation is if you FC level is below the shock level (for your cya level), and you can see the bottom, it is safe to swim.
