Lower TA

Here are my current numbers with the TF-100 test kit:

16,000 gal. Fiberglass pool
Pump runs 12 hrs a day with the SWG at 60%

FC - 4.5
CC - .5
TA - 100
CYA - 50
PH - 7.8

I can't seem to get my TA to lower. I have spa jets in my pool and they have been on just about everyday for the last 2-3 weeks and every now and then I have my waterfall on but the TA doen't want to go down.

Any thoughts?

TA lowers with acid. It also lowers pH. Aeration raises pH back up.

So the answer is more acid. Adjust pH down to 7.2 and you'll lose a little TA. Then let pH rise again or aggressively aerate and repeat.
