Murky green pool

Hi,

New to the forum and having quite the hard time with my pool this year. Pool has been open for about 3 weeks when we ran into the issue of a cracked skimmer and had to drain halfway to have it replaced. We refilled from the halfway point that we had to drain it to.At this point the pool was dark brown and algae filled. We put the floater in with chlorine and also dumped in 3 bottles of shock.
The pool at this point is a murky green color and cloudy. We did bring a sample to the pool store where they told us to add ph and stabilizer along with clarifer last night. They then told us to add 3 more bottles of shock and something called pool first aid which we did do today. There has been no noticable change.Pool is an above ground 27 x 52 round.Filter is a hayward sand filter.New sand in it.Here is the pool store results for the test they did.

Free chlorine -5
total available chlorine-5
water ph-7.5
total alkalinity -70
cyanuric acid -0
calcium hardness-70
total disolved solids-500
phosphates-500

Pretty much clueless as to where to go from here. Will post some pictures tomorrow to show what the water looks like.
